bluethooth problems with Garmin Vivosmart HR on Alcatel Pop S4

I'm using Garmin vivosmart HR on Alcatel Pop S4 - if you use only vivosmart HR there are no problems, but after connecting the vivosmart with garmin connect app, I can't find and use other bluetooth devices anymore.
